At Sembra Naturals LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us. Because our products are dietary supplements intended for personal use, we have a strict refund and return policy to ensure safety and fairness.

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns only for items that are unopened, sealed, and in their original condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@sembranaturals.com with your order number and photos of the product/packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used.

  • Products returned without prior approval from our support team.

  • Requests based solely on personal results or expectations (e.g., “the product didn’t work as I hoped”). We make no guarantees about individual outcomes, as results may vary.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email Info@sembranaturals.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
