At Sembra Naturals LLC, we are committed to delivering your order safely, promptly, and with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States mainland (contiguous 48 states).

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Orders will only be shipped to U.S. states where Kanna (Sceletium Tortuosum) is legal. Orders placed from restricted states will be cancelled and refunded.
Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse located in South Carolina using 'best-fit' couriers automatically chosen by our 3PL depending on your order details (quantity, weight, delivery address).

Order processing times may vary, but we generally ship within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are managed through Shiphero, which integrates with our store for tracking and fulfillment.
Delivery Times & Rates

We use a standard flat-rate shipping service.

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors such as carrier delays, weather, or holidays may affect actual delivery times.
Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website or through your account on sembranaturals.com (if created).
Order Issues & Delays

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of shipment, please contact us at Info@sembranaturals.com with your order number.

While we work to ensure timely deliveries, Sembra Naturals LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Restrictions

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

Orders placed from states where Kanna (Sceletium Tortuosum) is not permitted will be automatically cancelled and refunded. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws before ordering.
Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@sembranaturals.com. We may request photos of the package/product to process a replacement or claim with the carrier.
